Sometimes you need to have an expert onsite at your location, both to deal with physical changes in your environment (like organizing and documenting your server room), or for dealing with questions as they arise from you and your team. Our onsite consutling service provides you with access to a desktop, server or network-savvy engineer WHEN YOU NEED IT. We offer this service for both long-term and short-term engagements. It’s available for all levels
of your infrastructure, from server and storage to networking and remote access.
We have several clients who have adopted a combination of our InformIT managed services along with Onsite Consulting. Almost all server-related work (including preventative maintenance) can be done remotely by our InformIT team, while the Onsite engineers get more involved directly with end-users and staff.
Onsite Consulting fees are billed in one-hour increments, and are based on the level of expertise required for the task: desktop, server or premium service engineering.
If you have an emergency situation where you need Onsite Consulting immediately, additional emergency fees apply.
