With InformIT Fully Managed, we take care of your technology environment and do whatever is required to keep you up-and-running. We do whatever's necessary for your environment without any time limits or any additional fees to you.
With InformIT ProAct, we do monthly preventative maintenance as well as up to two hours of problem-resolution engineering. Should we encounter a problem that requires more than two hours of engineering time to resolve, we contact you for approval to proceed before spending any additional time. (Additional problem resolution time is billed on an hourly basis.)
With InformIT ReAct, we do up to two hours of problem-resolution engineering on any problems that arise. Should we encounter a problem that requires more than two hours of engineering time to resolve, we contact you for approval to proceed before spending any additional time. (Additional problem resolution time or any preventative maintenance time that you request is billed on an hourly basis.)
With InformIT Advisor, we notify you when we receive an automated alert that there is a problem in your environment. No engineering time is included in this option, and any problem-resolution or preventative maintenance time that you authorize is billed on an hourly basis.
