I have a question about the Help Desk at Desktop Resources, Inc...

My question:

Indianapolis-based Help Desk and Technical Support
Knowledgeable engineers to help you with your network, Windows and Macintosh computers

Talk to anyone with a computer, and they'll offer a horror story about their experience with a "help desk". While it may be called a "help desk ", most technology providers staff it with people who have good intentions but little ability to help beyond reading a script they've been given. Desktop Resources has a very different approach to this service. We call it On-Call Engineering Services, and it's available to both existing and new clients.

These On-Call Engineers are IT professionals with years of experience in the industry. Many of them have server-level expertise, and all of them have access to all the engineering expertise at Desktop Resources. They have both Windows and Macintosh expertise, and they'll work closely with you to address the problem or question that you have.

Our On-Call Engineering services are available to you via our remote support capabilities, either on the phone or via our "Support Now" button (upper-right hand side of this screen). Our On-Call Engineering fees are billed in 15-minute increments and are based on the level of expertise required for the task: desktop, server or premium service engineering.

If you are new to Desktop Resources but need help from our On-Call Engineering staff, we do accept credit cards as payment. Once you become a client, we can set you up via our standard billing procedures.
