Systems Engineer for Project Implementations

We are currently interviewing candidates for Systems Engineering positions to add to our team here at Desktop Resources, Inc. in the Indianapolis area. Focus of the position will be project design and implementation, as well as pre-sales client interaction related to project activity.

We are a 16-year old Managed Services technology consulting organization in Castleton, and we provide technology services and products to SMB clients throughout central Indiana. Responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Project implementations for client engagements in the Indianapolis area.
  • Working with clients and our sales and engineering teams to define and articulate solutions to address client needs.
  • Author written Statement of Work (SOW) documents for client review and approval.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Cisco and VMWare is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Onsite Desktop Support Consultants

We are currently accepting resumes and interviewing candidates for a potential client engagement. Responsibilities will include full-time onsite desktop support in the Indianapolis area. Knowledge of the Windows operating systems, networks and popular desktop applications like Microsoft Office are required. Experience with the Macintosh platform is a plus.

Successful candidates should have 1-2 years experience in end user support, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working directly with end-users.

We are a 16-year old Managed Services technology consulting organization in Castleton, and we provide technology services and products to SMB clients throughout central Indiana.

Responsibilities will include full-time onsite desktop support for a client engagement in the Indianapolis area. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking, smartphones and popular desktop applications like Microsoft Office are required. Experience with desktop, laptop, and printer hardware is preferred. Successful candidates should have 1-2 years experience in end user support, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working directly with end-users.
